Inquiry is a process of learning that is active and it is encouraged through conceptual understanding in MYP. Concepts need to drive the content and assessments need to make connections to real life for them to be authentic. MYP teachers create environments where how the student learns guides their teaching and students are provided with opportunities to collaborate, self-manage, self-reflect, investigate, communicate and show independence and confidence.
